Joao Felix names Chelsea player that has surprised him the most
Joao Felix, the Chelsea forward on loan during the winter transfer window, has disclosed the Chelsea player who has amazed him the most. It remains uncertain whether Chelsea will seek to negotiate with Atletico Madrid to secure a permanent deal for Felix or allow him to return to Spain as they have no option to purchase him outright.
Felix has integrated smoothly into Chelsea and appears to be relishing his time playing for the team. Chelsea supporters have embraced him warmly and have even created a song in his honor.
The most experienced player on the squad, defender Thiago Silva, has been instrumental in helping Felix adapt to his new surroundings.

“As a player, I’d say Thiago Silva, I knew who he was and that he was very good but the first time I played here, I saw that he was something different from everybody else” (@ElevenSports_PT) #CFC pic.twitter.com/rEPzLdXeGr
Interestingly, it is actually Silva who has impressed Felix the most, with his unique skill set setting him apart from the rest of the team. Below, you can find Felix’s complete remarks on the matter:
When asked if he wants to stay at Stamford Bridge, Joao Felix responds to BBC, “No one knows the future.
The Portuguese attacker signed a contract extension to stay in Spain until 2027 and has made an impression since joining on loan from Atletico Madrid in January.
Felix acknowledged that he enjoys his time at Chelsea but remained unsure of his plans after his loan period is through.
“I’m here to support the squad, play, score goals, and win trophies”, he declared. “I’m only focused on the game on Tuesday.
“I’m content here. The club is enormous, and everybody is so talented. I required that [the loan agreement], and when I arrived here, it benefited Atletico and me. It was the ideal offer.
Felix said that everyone outside of Portugal has been mispronouncing his name, so pronouncing it correctly could be worthwhile if he intends to remain longer.
He chuckled, “Even in Spain, everyone pronounces it Fee-lix. “I don’t know why; it isn’t too tricky. Its pronunciation is Fay-lix.
“Nonetheless, I don’t care or mind too much.”
Felix’s approach has seen a rise in the demand for Chelsea tickets, and the Portuguese forward did bring in flair, not just on the field but also with Chelsea tickets, reports Seatsnet.com, an authorized reseller.
