Firmino sends Message after Unforgettable 20-Minute Serenade
Roberto Firmino was unable to participate in any on-field activity on Monday, but that did not stop fans from serenading him, something the No. 9 appreciated.
The final countdown on Firmino’s time as a Red has begun, and the travelling Kop made sure he felt the love at the King Power during the 3-0 triumph.
The away end paid a loud and unrelenting tribute to Firmino in the second half, with ‘Si Senor’ echoing around the stadium for nearly 20 minutes.

During the game, the camera panned to a thankful Firmino, before his teammates thrust him forward and joined in on the show of affection following the final whistle.
The scenes were just fantastic, and after the dust settled, the Brazilian turned to Instagram to express his gratitude to the fans for their “unbelievable affection.”
“Well done boys… What a great win tonight,” Firmino penned.
“I’m so grateful to God for the unbelievable affection and love with me and my family. Thank you all Reds.”
It was a fantastic homage, and it promises to be even more poignant on Saturday, as Firmino leaves Anfield after eight trophy-laden years.
With Jurgen Klopp announcing that Firmino would be back in team training on Wednesday, there is hope that the 31-year-old will be healthy to face Aston Villa.

“That’s my information. So now we have to see,” Klopp explained.
With Liverpool needing to keep their winning streak going, there will be little place for emotion this weekend, and the manager is aware of this.
“In the middle of everything, we have to win the game, we have to go for it,” Klopp told reporters.
“Around that, we want to show, really, the respect, appreciation and the love we feel for not only Bobby – Bobby as well – but for all the boys who will leave in the summer.”
It’ll be emotional, and we’re not sure we’re ready to say goodbye just yet.
